A group of Year 8 students went to the National Railway Museum in York, on 20th October. They took part in series of activities to showcase the skills needed to become an engineer.
Over 60 pupils in attendance from The Parks, The Greenway, Pearson, Stepney, St. Antony's and Thorpepark.
On the Year 6 open Evening students were asked to take selfies during their visits to various curriculum areas. These were then submitted to the academy and the results are as follows inc prizes.
On 11th October, a group of Year 9 students visited the KCOM stadium to take part in a careers workshop.
