🙏🏻 Please only now use Arbor to pay for all items - please do not use Iris ParentMail / PlusPay as the money cannot be refunded from them. It won’t top up your child’s meal account or pay for items from the school shop or trip instalments.

🗣️ We will only use Arbor for messages and communication with you and you can send us messages from your Arbor app.

Thank you 🙏🏻 for swapping to the new system so quickly - more app functions will arrive soon!

*** ARBOR update - TRIPS ***

Trip payments have now been successfully transferred across to Arbor from the old Iris ParentMail/PlusPay system.

Trips show in the Arbor app and any outstanding balances are clearly visible. Payments for Berlin 2027 and France 2027 can be made at any time via the Arbor App until the final deadlines - all details are on the Arbor app.

Please ONLY use Arbor for future payments.

Year 11 Parental Engagement Night

A reminder to all Year 11 students, parents and carers that our Year 11 Parental Engagement Night will take place on Monday 9th November, 4:30pm - 7:00pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:
⭐ Discuss progress and next steps with teachers�⭐ Explore post-16 pathways and future opportunities�⭐ Speak with a range of local colleges and training providers�⭐ Gain valuable information to support informed choices after Year 11

Representatives from a variety of post-16 providers will be available to answer questions and help students plan their future pathways.

We look forward to welcoming all Year 11 families as we work together to support every student in making the best possible choices for their next stage of education, training or employment.

***Arbor update - SCHOOL SHOP ***

The school shop is now set up at Sirius North via the Arbor app.

Please ONLY use the Arbor School Shop and do not make any payments on the old Iris ParentMail/PlusPay portal - we have asked Iris to disable all payments. Payments through Iris CANNOT be refunded.

School Trip payments will be set up very soon and we will let you all know when it has been completed.

Arbor payments are now successfully set up at Sirius Academy North for Meals. Any balances you previously had have been carried across to Arbor.

PLEASE DO NOT USE IRIS ParentMail/PlusPay as the money CANNOT be refunded. We have asked Iris to disable payments. ONLY use Arbor from now on for payments.

👉 To set up payments on Arbor for your child for the first time, follow these steps:

🌟 Log into Arbor: Navigate to Payments: Click on the Payments button to access the payment section.
🌟 Select Account Type: Choose the appropriate account type for your child's needs (eg; meals).
🌟 Enable Card Payments.
🌟 Create Payment Method: Set up a payment method (eg; Visa or Mastercard or Apple Pay)
🌟 Complete Setup: Follow the prompts to complete the payment setup.

Payments for the school shop and trips will soon be available.
