**UNIFORM REMINDER**

Reminder of uniform expectations:

- Trousers and skirts must be black, straight leg not skinny
Trousers must be from Steady Schoolwear or purchased elsewhere and brought to the Academy to be approved and stamped
- Trouser material must not be elasticated or of a stretchy fit.
- Trouser length must sit to the top of the shoe.
- Skirt from Steady Schoolwear
- Skirt length should sit just above the knee.

**MOBILE PHONE FREE**

The DfE have mandated that schools become a mobile phone and smart device free environment.

From September mobile phones and smart devices are not allowed to be seen or heard on the Academy grounds.

This means before students enter the grounds, phones must be turned off and in school bags not pockets. They must remain turned off and in bags until outside of the grounds at the end of the day.

**Piercings**

Just a reminder that no piercings are allowed other than 1 pair of studs earrings, which must be removed for PE.

If you are getting any piercings over the summer holidays make sure they are done in time to remove them before coming back to school in September #SAN #NoLimits
