🎉 A fantastic day at The Big Malarky! 📚

Our students had a brilliant time, fully engaging with a range of exciting literary events. They heard inspiring talks from each of the shortlisted authors, tackled creative challenges, and even took part in a live drawing session! ✏️

One of the highlights was watching students cast their votes for their favourite author – and the excitement when their chosen winner was announced was priceless!

A truly memorable experience – well done to all involved!

**MOBILE PHONE FREE**

The DfE have recently mandated that schools become a mobile phone and smart device free environment.

From September mobile phones and smart devices are not allowed to be seen or heard on the Academy grounds.

This means before students enter the grounds, phones must be turned off and in school bags not pockets. They must remain turned off and in bags until outside of the grounds at the end of the day
