Dodgeball Champions!!!
Before the Easter break, the Yr 9 boys, Yr 10 boys and the Yr 9/10 girls represented the academy in the Humber school dodgeball finals at Hull university. Out of the 8 schools in each of the age category, Sirius Academy North had the most teams being represented.
The students faced some tough opposition from East riding and North Linc schools. The Yr 10 boys (With the help of Aristedes) had the most success on the day, with an undefeated record with 7 wins form 7.

The students have now progressed to the Yorkshire competition, as well as adding the first piece of silverware to the trophy cabinet.
The Year 9 Boys, were also playing in the same competition, therefore were facing yr 10 teams throughout the tournament, the students finished in 6th place.

The year 9/10 girls came in third place, only missing out on a top 1st place finish, after drawing against the eventual winners Archbishop Sentamu.
