SAN Chess Team

Last week our SAN chess team had their first trip out as a team to Mallet Lambert for our 3^rd fixture in the series.  The boys were very excited for their away game. We received a warm welcome from Mallets team and a tour of the building.

Eager to begin their games, we set up the board and arranged our top two students to play their first game. Within 2 hours, all games were undertaken. I am pleased to announce that we left Mallet Lamberts with a 4-1 victory and smiles on our faces. Our first victory!

Team Mallet played some good games but proved to be no match for the Sirius North Wizards.
