Sirius North Geographers get out and about!! GCSE Fieldwork 2016

Last week saw our Yr10 Geography students explore coastal landforms and processes for their forthcoming controlled assessments at Flamborough Head and Hornsea. In teams, each day, students collected sediment and gradient data at the two locations, produced field sketches and experienced team working at its greatest (especially 10E in the pouring rain on Wednesday’s trip!). Well done to all pupils on their excellent effort and superb behaviour. Good Luck in your controlled assessments.
