IT Statement of Intent
As an Academy, our intention is to provide an excellent education that prepares students for the digital world they will enter upon leaving school. In today’s society, technology plays a significant role in how we communicate, work, and learn, and we believe it is essential that our students become proficient in the use of information technologies (IT).
Our primary goal is to ensure that our students develop the necessary IT skills to succeed in the 21st century. We aim to achieve this by integrating technology into our curriculum across all subjects, allowing students to experience a range of technological tools and resources to enhance their learning experience. We recognise that technology is constantly evolving, and we strive to keep up to date with new developments and adapt our teaching methods accordingly.
