Recently we took 120 Y10 pupils to see ‘A Christmas Carol’ at Hull Truck Theatre. The pupils behaved impeccably and were a credit to our academy. The pupils clearly enjoyed the performance and have taken a lot away that they can then apply to their GCSE study of the text.
In addition to this, 70 pupils then attended our intervention lecture on ‘A Christmas Carol’ tonight, which helped to maximise the impact of their visit to the theatre.
