Y5 Summer Visits – Sirius Academy North
Throughout June and July Sirius Academy North has played host to over 500 Y5 pupils from the local area. Children from Thorpepark, St. Anthony’s, The Parks, Hall Road, Parkstone, Endike, The Green Way, Clifton, Newland St. John’s, Stepney and Pearson have had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the academy and life as a Y7 student. Pupils followed a timetable for the first time and participated in exciting and engaging lessons in a range of subjects, such as, Science, Music, PE, Technology, Maths and ICT. The pupils were fantastic ambassadors for their individual schools and were a delight to work with.
Y5 pupils are reminded that for the chance to win £400 of holiday vouchers they need to send a photograph of themselves during the summer holidays to either [email protected] or upload to the academy’s Twitter. (Pupils should seek to ask someone 13+ to do this for them should they look to use Twitter.)
