On Thursday 10th March, some of our Year 8 and 9 Science students participated in a “Dragon’s Den” style activity day, in collaboration with Reckitt Bencksier, Smailes Goldie Group and Designs Signage Solutions Ltd.
Year 10 Hull University trip – International Women’s Day
A group of Year 10 girls spent the day at Hull University where they took part in a number of interactive sessions in the sports and science departments of the University, to celebrate International Women’s Day.
This afternoon we took the year 10 boys over for their 5 a side competition. We were drawn in a group with Kelvin and Winifred Holtby and played both teams twice. We managed to win all four of these matches, 6-0, 4-2,6-5 and 1-0 to progress into the finals as group winners.
Year 9 and 10 Male Dodgeball Hull School Champions
Although we missed the final 2 rounds of fixtures, Sirius North A and Sirius North B had an unattainable lead and it would have been extremely unlikely for them not to finish in the top two positions.
