This morning myself and Miss Gay took our year 8 girls football team across to West Yorkshire to take part in the Yorkshire rounds of their rugby league competition.
11 yr 8 students travelled over to Archbishop last night, in the 1st round of the Hull Schools cup. Several players were unavailable for selection due to poor behaviour or injury, this resulted in Harley and Cam’Ron making their first appearance for the Academy.
The Sirius North girls took to the pitch for their first rugby league tournament of the year, with a strong squad of 13 girls they were in high spirits and had a good warm up to prepare themselves.
Last night SAN hosted the Hull schools under 13 girls dodgeball championships. Schools from all over Hull came to compete in the hope of securing a place in the next round representing Hull.
The joining of two great forces happened at Costello Stadium in the Hull Multi Sports Final when Sirius West and Sirius North competed together to gain second p!ace against other schools across the city.
